In fact, she is one of the reasons why there are so many female robotics experts in Hong Kong today! Thanks to Vicky Chan and other mentors like her, more and more women have been joining STEM fields.

Robotics is also part of the STEM curriculum in many schools across the country, which means that students are required to do some form of robotics coursework at some point during their education. They may even learn how to make robots themselves!
The government has been pushing for innovation when it comes to technology and science, especially with recent projects like Cyberport (a hub for tech companies) and Cyberport Creative Micro Fund (funding for startups). These two initiatives have helped sustain Hong Kong’s reputation as being an international hub for innovation. However, what does all this mean? Well, it means that Hong Kong will continue on its path toward becoming one of Asia’s most innovative cities–and maybe even the world!

And finally, the advancement in nanotechnology allows us to build smaller devices with increased functionality at lower costs than with previous technologies such as 3G or 4G networks (also known as LTE connections).
